Our NEW & IMPROVED BALLOON LIGHT. This is a party planner's dream come true for a 2012 New Year's Eve party or Class of 2012 graduation party!  ALL IN ONE UNIT 14" white balloons printed with the 2012 logo, Light Source, Easy Fill One Way Valve and an attached 6' Ribbon. This item is soooo cool that a Patent has been issued and additional Patents are Pending. We have taken a High Quality (U.S. made) 14" assorted Latex Balloons, and pre-attached it to a one way valve. Inside the valve are assorted High Powered  L.E.D.'S that have three modes: Slow Blink, Fast Blink, or Constant On.  Finally, attached to the valve is a 6' white ribbon. Please order in increments of 1 bag (10 Lumi Loons).

Please Note:  The valve on the LUMI-LOON is designed to be inflated using a either Helium Tank or Compressed Air Supply. The patent pending valve creates a very tight seal to stop air from leaking but by doing so prevents the balloon from being inflated by mouth. It can be inflated using a standard bicycle/car inflator.  THIS BALLOON CAN NOT BE INFLATED BY MOUTH
