Our NEW & IMPROVED BALLOON LIGHT. This is a party planner's dream come true for a Mardi Gras party theme!  ALL IN ONE UNIT 14" white balloons printed with comedy and tradgedy masks, Light Source, Easy Fill One Way Valve and an attached 6' Ribbon. This item is soooo cool that a Patent has been issued and additional Patents are Pending. We have taken a High Quality (U.S. made) 14" assorted Latex Balloons, and pre-attached it to a one way valve. Inside the valve are assorted High Powered  L.E.D.'S that have three modes: Slow Blink, Fast Blink, or Constant On.  Finally, attached to the valve is a 6' white ribbon. Please order in increments of 1 bag (10 Lumi Loons).

Please Note:  The valve on the LUMI-LOON is designed to be inflated using a either Helium Tank or Compressed Air Supply. The patent pending valve creates a very tight seal to stop air from leaking but by doing so prevents the balloon from being inflated by mouth.  This balloon can not be inflated by mouth.
