This item is soooo cool that a patent has issued with more Pending. We have taken a High Quality (U.S. made) 14'' WHITE Latex Balloons and pre-attached it to a one way valve (patents pending). Inside the valve are 3 High Powered L.E.D's that have multi modes: Slow Blink, Fast Blink, or Constant On. Finally, attached to the valve is a 6' white ribbon. Although all balloons are WHITE, (except Red which is Red), what you get is an ASSORTMENT(Red, White Blue and Green L.E.D's). Packed 10 assorted COLORS in resealable bags. Please order in increments of 1 bag (10 Lumi Loons).
Please Note: The valve on the LUMI-LOON is designed to be inflated using a either Helium Tank or Compressed Air Supply. The patent pending valve creates a very tight seal to stop air from leaking but by doing so prevents the balloon from being inflated by mouth. It can be inflated using a standard bicycle/car inflator. THIS BALLOON CAN NOT BE INFLATED BY MOUTH
