Our blinky sweet 16 has 4 red LED's and comes individually packaged in a clam shell. Batteries are included and installed. Our blinky sweet 16 have a butterfly connector. A butterfly connector may create a small hole in the garment you attach it to. Our blinky sweet 16 body lights are sold by the dozen. Please order in increments of 1 dozen.
