This item is soooo cool that a patent has issued with more Pending. We have taken a High Quality (U.S. made) 14'' WHITE Latex Balloons and pre-attached it to a one way valve (patents pending). Inside the valve are 3 High Powered L.E.D's that have multi modes: Slow Blink, Fast Blink, or Constant On. Finally, attached to the valve is a 6' white ribbon. Although all balloons are WHITE, (except Red which is Red), the LUMI-LOON is available in 4 L.E.D. colors: WHITE, GREEN, RED, BLUE or ASSORTED (Red, White Blue and Green). Packed 10 assorted Lumi-Loons in resealable bags. Please order in increments of 1 bag (10 Lumi Loons).
Please Note: The valve on the LUMI-LOON is designed to be inflated using a either Helium Tank or Compressed Air Supply. The patent pending valve creates a very tight seal to stop air from leaking but by doing so prevents the balloon from being inflated by mouth. It can be inflated using a standard bicycle/car inflator. THIS BALLOON CAN NOT BE INFLATED BY MOUTH
