An imprinted Balloon, Light Source, Easy fill One Way Valve and attached 6' Ribbon. This item is soooo cool that a patent has been issued and more patents are pending. We have taken a High Quality (U.S. made) 14'' WHITE Latex Balloon with a Navy colored MAZEL TOV imprint, and pre-attached it to a one way valve (patents pending). Inside the valve are 3 High Powered L.E.D.s that have multi modes: Slow Blink, Fast Blink, or Constant On (more patents pending). Finally, attached to the valve is a 6' white ribbon. Packed in resealable bags of 10 pieces per color. Please order in increments of 1 bag (10 pieces).
Please Note: The valve on the LUMI-LOON is designed to be inflated using a either Helium Tank or Compressed Air Supply. The patent pending valve creates a very tight seal to stop air from leaking but by doing so prevents the balloon from being inflated by mouth. It can be inflated using a standard bicycle/car inflator. THIS BALLOON CAN NOT BE INFLATED BY MOUTH.
